"My toilet started leaking over this past holiday weekend. I attempted to hold off on calling a plumber due to the holiday, and not wanting to pay an emergency fee. Yesterday I contacted three different plumbers for help. Two never got back to me, and the other I had called at 9 AM. He didn’t get back to me until 6 PM last night and still didn’t answer all of my questions. I decided to text Matt, who got back to me immediately. He was able to come out today, gave me a timeframe for arrival, & texted ahead of time that he was on his way. He assessed the problem, and actually explained to me what was going on.(Being a single female, it is important to me to understand what repairs I’m going to be paying for.) Matt was prompt, professional, courteous, tidy, and very fairly priced. Needless to say, I will never use any other plumbing company going forward! Thank you very much Fox Plumbing LLC!!
